So far it's been a wonderful first day back with all our Blue Jays! Just a reminder and a small change regarding dismissal.
Please remember our bus riders are dismissed first, then our car pick up, and lastly our walkers. Parents doing walk up please stand on the sidewalk next to the blue ramp. Students will walk up the ramp to parallel to where parents are meeting. We found having parents in the pathway of the students created too much congestion. Thank you!
We are excited to see you tonight at our Back to School Night from 6:00-7:00! Come meet your teacher, say hi to your friends, get a picture with Blue, and make sure you stop by our PTO table. We have a new PTO crew this year that is excited to have you be part of our school and activities, stop by their table!
Route 26 will be delayed 10-15 minutes this afternoon for both secondary and elementary students.
Blue Jay Families, our staff is always looking for ways to be more efficient and keep our students safe. Starting on Monday, 22nd, we will be having a new area for families that are walking up to pick up their students to wait. We ask that if you are planning on walking up to pick up your student, you wait on the ramp between the blue railings. Students will be dismissed out the downstairs doors to their families. We ask that you do not block the double doors and stay off the sidewalk next to the cars. Please view the attached photo regarding the new parent/family pick-up location. Thank you for making this adjustment!

Get ready to BLAST OFF Blue Jays! Tonight we travel into the amazing universe of Literacy Night. Join us for some out of this world experiences that include: hands on activities, snacks, crafts, and book swap. Literacy Night will be held from 6:00-7:30. We look forward to seeing you space cadets!

As a reminder, our Math Night will not take place tonight. It has been rescheduled to January 31st. The time will still be from 6-7:30.
If you have already turned in your green form letting us know that your family will be attending, you do not need to do anything else. We will assume that you will still make it if you can. If you still would like to come and haven’t sent back your form, feel free to send it back by Wednesday January 24th so that we know to also expect you.

1/12/24: Elementary students living on upper Bodine Rd. and N. Bodine Rd. who ride bus route 31, please meet the bus at the Bodine/ N. Bodine intersection at 8:25 am. The bus will not be able to pick up students past this location.
