Braided 64

Kelso High School is proud to host the Braided 64 Girls Wrestling Tournament, taking place Friday and Saturday, January 9–10. This annual event is one of the largest girls wrestling tournaments on the West Coast, welcoming over 1,000 athletes from across the region.

Event Schedule & Entry Information

  • Doors open Friday at 3:00 PM

  • Spectators will not be allowed to enter the building prior to 3:00 PM

  • School is in session until 2:30 PM

    Please do

    not arrive early

    , as parking will not be available. We ask that spectators remain in their vehicles until school dismissal.

  • The Main Entrance will be the ONLY spectator entry point for the event

Parking

  • On-site parking will be limited

  • Additional parking is available at Tamo-Shanter and Wilco

Ticket Prices

  • Two-Day Pass

    • Adults: $20

    • Students & Seniors (65+): $15

  • Single-Day Pass

    • Adults: $12

    • Students & Seniors (65+): $8

  • Visa and Mastercard are preferred

  • Cash is accepted; exact change is appreciated to help move long entry lines efficiently

Please note:

This is a fundraiser event, not a regular-season athletic contest. As a result:

  • GSHL, District IV, Kelso Family, Adult, Senior, and Employee passes are not valid

  • ASB cards are not valid for student entry

Food, Merchandise & Amenities

  • A variety of food trucks will be located in the courtyard in front of the South Gym

  • Concessions will be available in front of the library

  • Event merchandise will be available for purchase

About the Team

The Kelso High School Girls Wrestling Team enters the weekend as:

  • 2024–25 State Champions

  • Defending Braided 64 Champions

  • Recent Team Champions at tournaments in Colorado and Nevada
