Today is wear something to read day.
We will be having a celebration of literacy around kindness and community the week of March 7-10. There will be guest readers in each class from our community sharing a story and something about their role in our community. We will also have two "dress up" days. Tuesday the 8th will be "wear something to read" day, and Thursday the 9th will be "idiom" day. Please help your child choose something appropriate for school with a written message on it and help them choose and create an idiom to wear. There are many ideas on the internet. Finally, please encourage your child to read for fun and learning every day or even read together. It's great family time! Thank you for supporting your child's education. 🙂 Angie Blum 360-501-1364
