If your child will be absent due to a pre-planned event, please complete the Pre-Arranged Absence Contract and submit it prior to the absence. This form allows teachers time to prepare work for your child.
Please note that absences will be marked as excused only if all assigned work is completed to the teacher’s satisfaction and turned in on the first day your child returns. If work is incomplete or not submitted on time, the absences will be changed to unexcused.
