Student attestation forms
Per the State of Washington Phased Reopening for School Districts, school districts require that students and staff receive a health screening before entering a school each day. Department of Health and Labor of Industries allows health screening to be performed at home (before work or the school day) as verified by a parent or guardian. An attestation form link is included below and must be on file with the school.
Pease make sure to have this form turned in for your first day back at school, or the following day.
Grad Gear Information
On October 27th your class had a webinar assembly with Jostens to discuss cap and gown orders, as well as graduation announcements and other regalia!
If you plan to participate in commencement this year, you will need to have a cap/gown/stole/tassel ordered!

Orders are DUE BY NOVEMBER 6th. There will be a drive-through pickup option at Kelso High School on NOVEMBER 13th from 12-2pm for those who have purchased tassels or Class of 2021 gear. Graduation caps/gowns will be delivered in the spring but need to be ordered BY NOVEMBER 6th to ensure timely arrival! You do not need to pay in full up front to place your order.
