NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION:

Parents will be given a registration packet that contains:

- a Registration Form

- a Health Information Form

- an Emergency Procedure Form

- an Immunization Form

Immunizations must be up-to-date for a student to be admitted to school.  Kindergarten students also need to provide a copy of their birth certificate.

ATTENDANCE:

We ask that you call if your child is going to be absent, or late, from school for any reason.  You may call at any time since we have an answering system that will receive calls when we are not here.    If we do not hear from you, we are required by state law to try to contact you.   So, you can imagine how much we appreciate your calls!

TARDIES:

If students are late for school they are required to sign in at the office.  They will receive a pass and their attendance will be corrected from absent to tardy.

NEEDING HEALTH INSURANCE FOR YOUR CHILDREN?

Our office has application materials and additional information about health insurance programs offered through the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services.  We also have a list of local Medicaid providers to assist you in accessing services for your family.  Please stop by our office and ask for application materials.

NEED TO REGISTER TO VOTE?

Mail-in voter registration forms are also available in the school office.
