    Office Hours:

Our office is open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday thru Friday.

    New Student Registration:

Parents will be given a registration packet that contains:

    - A Registration form

    - A Health Information form

    - An Emergency Procedure form

    - An Immunization form

Immunizations must be kept up to date for a student to be admitted to school. Kingergarten students also need to provide a copy of their birth certificate.

    Student Attendance:

We ask that you call if your child is going to be absent, or late, from school for any reason. You may call at any time since we have an answering system that will receive calls when we are not here. If we do not hear from you, we are required by state law to try to contact you. So, you can imagine how much we appreciate your calls!

    Tardies:

If students are late to school they are required to sign in at the office. They will receive a pass and their attendance will be corrected from absent to tardy.

    Homework Policy for Students:

Homework is the time students spend outside the classroom in daily school assigned activities. Homework will:

    a. Provide additional practice and increase the amount of time students are actively engaged in learning.

    b. Increase student responsibility and accountability.

    c. Allow more rapid movement through the curriculum.

    d. Increase communication between parents and the school.

    e. Contribute to student and parent understanding that the school holds high expectations of students.

Schools in which homework is routinely assigned and graded tend to have higher achieving students. Parents should:

    a. Set a regular time and place each day that is not to be interrupted.

    b. Have their children make a daily list of homework assignments and materials needed.

    c. Be supportive and give assistance. See that assignments and materials are returned properly.

    d. Contact the school if you have any questions or concerns.
