Internet Explorer Compatibility Issue: Are the menus not working for you? - Monday, December 9, 2013

Some users may have difficulty navigating our website menus when using the latest version Internet Explorer (IE11). This can be avoided by selecting "Compatibility mode" and adding web addresses into an exception box.. (If you are having trouble, navigate to the top and choose to show your Menu Bar. From there, select Tools.) This site works well using Google Chrome Browser which can be downloaded here:

Common Core Standards-

Today’s students are preparing to enter a world in which colleges and businesses are demanding more than ever before. To ensure all students are ready for success after high school, the Common Core State Standards establish clear, consistent guidelines for what every student should know and be able to do in math and English language arts from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Hearing and Vision Screenings-

Our health care specialists will be conducting the annual 7th grade hearing and vision screenings on October 2nd from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. If you have any questions please call our school office at 501-1700.


With school starting back up, please remind your student about the appropriate dress attire for school. A dress code flyer is under the Huntington Links for detailed information about clothing attire for Huntington. We greatly appreciate your help in enforcing these policies! 


For the safety of all students, the back parking lot is for Kelso School District administrators and staff only. If you are visiting Huntington or picking up/dropping off a student, please do so through the front entrance. Also please remember, all visitors need to check in at the front office as they enter/leave the school.
