New Student Registration:
Click the links below to download the forms. You can fill most of these forms out on your computer, then print, and return them to the school.
Please note that we do not accept any forms electronically.

You can also stop by the office and pick up a a registration packet.

Immunizations must be up-to-date for a student to be admitted to school. Kindergarten students also need to provide a copy of their birth certificate.

Attendance:
Please call the office, or use Skyward Family Access if your child is going to be absent, or late, from school. If we do not hear from you, we are required by state law to try to contact you.

Tardies:
If students are late for school they are required to sign in at the office.

We have Free or Reduced Lunch Applications: You can pick one up in the office, or download here.

Health Insurance for Children?
We have applications for health insurance programs offered through Washington State Department of Social and Health Services. We also have a list of local Medicaid providers to assist you in accessing services for your family. Please stop by our office and ask for application materials. You can apply online for SCHIP here.

Need to Register to Vote?
We have mail-in voter registration forms available in the office, you can also register online here.
