Agendas and Meeting Notes


April 20th, 2009
Sock Hop—Was very successful as far as support and profit. Students and staff enjoyed it!
Bylaw Committee—We need to have a new bylaw committee. We need 2-3 people to go over past bylaws and write new ones. Cathy has volunteered to write bylaws.

PTO Today—We need to have a new bylaw committee. We need 2-3 people to go over past bylaws and write new ones. Cathy has volunteered to write bylaws.

 
RIF—We are in need of a new RIF coordinator. Jennifer will be glad to help train new coordinator!
 

 

 


  
Mother Son Social—We are looking at Lowes to provide building birdhouses and a climbing wall from mountainclimbers.com. We will also look into the BBQ from district office for a picnic style dinner.

Field Day —We are looking at inflatable jumpers and a climbing wall. Jerry wants to look at different ways to fundraise to pay for this type of field day. We would like to keep face painting and bubbles like we had last year. We also discussed the possibility of a water field day. Discussion tabled until next meeting.

Bazaar—Cathy is heading the committee for next year’s bazaar. She is planning the bazaar to be in October.
